Concierge service allows you to preboard ahead of the regular passengers, also will disembark you ahead or at what evertime you like. Also concierge will arrange priority tendering passes, should the ship tender at a port.

 

Concierge will book dinners at the specialty restaurants for the whole week - where regular passengers can only do it the day ahead. They also are who you go to with any other special requests or needs.

 

Butler will bring treats every day to your cabin and serve you meals there should you not want to eat in the restaurants. Also, on formal night they will have your formal wear pressed if you wish it done.
