Golden Princess cabin in Stern

In the balcony cabins on the back of the ship, the princess brochure states that they are so many feet from the stern (7, 14, 20, etc.)....we're trying to figure out what is between the end of the balcony and the back of the ship, or do the balconies look directly out over the water, like the cabins on the sides of the ship? And, would you or have you booked one of those cabins and what were they like?

 

Also, for the balcony cabins on the sides, which deck(s) can you get a balcony on that the cabins/decks above you are not stacked so that they look directly down over all of your balcony?

We had cabin C748 on the back of the Golden and it was great. Big cabin and super large deck. Lots of privacy and the wake sounds like a waterfall. Hope this helps.
