Recommendations for Grand Cayman

My family and I are sailing Valor in late April and our first port of call will be visiting is Grand Cayman. My husband and I have been there once before, but quite a long time ago. I am hoping someone can provide some advice on things to do.

 

We estimated arrival is 7am (ship time) and we are planning on doing 1/2 day excursion with Captain Marvin to Sting Ray City. (We did this years ago and absolutely LOVED it, so we thought we would try again.)

 

Now, what can we do for the remainder of the day until 4pm? I know the main street has some shopping, but I was never that impressed with it from what I remember. Am looking for other alternatives. What have you enjoyed?
