Samrulz226 Posted January 29, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 29, 2007 We normally purchase our liquor on Carnivals ships when they hold their big liquor sale the first night of sailing. We would sometimes find deals in some of the ports so certain liquors we purchase at the ports. The problem is they usually sell out of their tequila deals during that first night deal and our last port of the cruise is Costa Maya. Does anyone know whether the tequila is cheaper in Mexico since that is where it is produced?? Does anyone know if there is a liquor store located close to the port at Costa Maya? Thank you for any help anyone may offer. :D

The Costa Maya pier area is a tourist area, so I doubt you'd find the deals you'd find in Coz or Playa del Carmen...
