Don't know your chances, but at the pier when you get off the tenders, there should be lots of people with their own boats who will be happy to take you over to Lovers Beach.

Just keep checking on line and if nothing opens up check as soon as you get on board. Cabo is pretty easy to get around so even if you dont get it as the other poster said it would be easy for you to get to the beach on your own if you have too.
