Rusty Trombone Posted January 31, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 31, 2007 I've had the luxury of tasting many wonderful dishes that may be looked down upon by the PETA crowd, like seared cheetah heels, a hippo knee soup, sauteed koala achillies, antelope cheeks (very tender) served rare, of course and my all time favorite (and hard to come by) hummingbird esophagus pate. I noticed on the menu for La Bistro that they have veal and foie gras, which are all right for beginners. Do any of the restraunts on board serve any other delicasies or exotic foods? OrangeAndBlue Posted January 31, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 31, 2007 Nope. Sorry, but that is about as exotic as you will get unless you include the escargot. Paul
