Best Shore Exursion???

My wife and I will be in Aruba early May and are trying to figure out what to do. We will be there for 1 day and want to experience Aruba. Should we snorkling, boat trip, beach, etc???? Please let us know, as its coming up and we are able to do excursions thru princess. Thanks

We were in Aruba with Holland and took the Jeep tour and had a blast! 2 couple per jeep and you can take turns drinving. We went all over the island and did have a little time to swim at the beach below the lighthouse. If you go, wear and reapply a lot of sunscreen, and don';t wear your best outfit...you can get very dirty if they have had a shower!

Can you rent a car or jeep close to where the ships dock? Is the public bus service good and where can you go on it? Is Aruba really just a beach stop?
