Chac-Chi beach resort/Costa Maya

I found some great reviews on this Chac-Chi beach resort in Costa Maya, and would like to check in out while there. Can someone give me some very detailed directions to get there.....it sounds pretty confusing finding this hole in the fence, and all. It will just be 2 young ladies in search of this wonderful hide-a-way....don't want to end up in the wrong place by ourselves trying to find this beach!! I will admit that I can be directionally challenged, so details are very important to me:o
