Renaissance hotel & Island Excursion

Hi, If you have been on this tour, can you give me your opinion/review on it please? My daughter & I are thinking about doing this in April. Should we get there first thing in the morning because of crowds etc? I know that you have to take a boat out to their private island. Do the boats run every hour or on some sort of schedule? How long of a walk is it from port to the hotel? Do you have photos of the island to share? Any information is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi Annefran, the boats run every 15 minutes or so from the hotel to the island; and the walk from the pier to the hotel is about 1/4 mile or less, you pass all the little shops on the way so it is a pleasant walk. We arrived at 2pm and still got passes. The island closes at 7 pm...
