Category AB suite on the Pearl

From the descriptions, there is one queen bed and another room for the kids.

Does anyone know if that other room can accomodate two adults?

We understand it will be tight in there..but as long as we can fit comfortably, we dont mind it.

I just didnt want the bed in the other room to be barely big enough for a 7 yr old...cuz that wont work.

Thanks

I don't see how you could comfortably put two adults into the smaller of the bedrooms. There is a pullman bed that drops from the wall above to form one sleeping area and then the lower bed - think of it like bunk beds and that's a pretty good visual.

The bathroom is significantly smaller as well.

How would you decide which adults would sleep where:eek: ?

So there are actually 2 seperate full bathrooms?

I thought there was only 1-which had the full tub and the stand in shower behind it?

And the pull out bed is like a sofa turned into a bed....besides that something drops in from the wall too?

Yes...it has a children (!) bedroom (1 pullout sofa and 1 pull down bed) and a regular cruise ship bathroom with shower, there is as good as no closet space though!!! The Suite bedroom is with a queen bed and the exclusive version of a batroom with tub, shower and ample closet space and so on!

We stayed in the AB on the Dawn 2 years ago (sister ship to the Pearl). 2 adults can sleep in the 2nd bedroom, but it will be a little tight. I have a link to many pics in my signature. And, yes, there is a full 2nd bathroom: no tub, just a regular shower, toilet, and sink (just like in an inside or outside cabin). You'll LOVE the AB. It's awesome!

Also, is the main bathroom seperated by a door? or just a curtain?

And is the second bedroom accessed through the main bathroom?

On Jewel 11030 (AB) (think it is pretty much the same as the Pearl): Main bedroom/bathroom area was separated from living area by a frosted glass pocket door. Main bedroom separated from main bathroom by a curtain only. (although the toilet area & the shower have their own semi-private glass door). At night, though, you can clearly see into the main bathroom from the balcony, even with the shade down, when the lights are on in the bathroom.

The second bedroom/bathroom area is by the entry door & is not accessed through the main bedroom or bathroom. This area has it's own door & there is also another door to close off the 2nd bedroom/bathroom from the living area.

Sure wouldn't want to be the adults stuck with the 2nd bedroom, but guess it would be ok, if you aren't the jealous type & just happy to be anywhere (especially if your attached to the suite). We only used the 2nd bedroom for luggage storage extra closet room & the 2nd bathroom when the main one was occupied or when we had a party Here is a video that may give you a better idea: http://family.webshots.com/video/3000742620100393973

That wont work for sure.

We are going with our parents...and the jealousy factor wont be there....but the whole main bathroom thing is a mess :)

Thanks for the link....
