Recent Radiance cruiser what was the port time

The cruise line says 10-6 but port authority says 8-4, I really need to know which is right. Florida time and GG time should be the same. Want to book excursions and have not received a concrete answer.

Also, check out the RCL shore excursions. If you go onto to the site as if you are going to book, it will give you their excursion times. If you check out the earliest and latest, that should give you some idea of when to book a private excursion.
