Question about dolphin swim & Tequila Beach

We're gonna be in Costa Maya next week, and have booked a dolphin swim excursion that ends at 2:30, or when you decide to catch a ride back to the ship from Uvero Beach at your leisure. The ship leaves at 6p.m. Will we have time to check out Tequila Beach before we go? How far is it from Uvero Beach? Thanks in advance:)

I can tell you that Uvero Beach is a 35-40 min. bus ride to the north from the pier. Buses run back to the port every hour, They are big tour busses.
