Previous Cruiser Credit ?

My wife and I cruised in 1982 w/ Carnival

 

Is there a way to get credit for that. We don't know any numbers and Carnival says their records don't go back that far.

Do you have any pictures or anything from the cruise?

Without being able to prove it, no, there is no chance, they would not take my word, that I had sailed many times...

We had to have 8 cruises added (the first one being in 1982) .

 

Go the http://www.carnival.com Click on My Profile Click Add Cruises Put in the date and ship you sailed. Someone will get back with you and ask you to provide proof.

 

We used Embarkation pictures on all but the first one. (lost that picture)

For the first one we used a Kodak picture and a copy of a luggage tag.

(Don't ask me how we lose a picture but keep a luggage tag??)

Thanks to all for the ideas

We just found our official photo of us boarding the "Tropicale" it has a serial number on it and it's in a Carnival Festivale cover.

Hope it works.

 

Anyone have any ideas on the best way to present the evidence?

wrong year...t'was 84.......memory really does go first!

When you get your "evidence", they will give you a number to fax it to.

 

Also, if you have used a PVP in the past that "knows you"....I think they can help. I would not swear to it, but I do feel like since we had used our PVP for several years....he came to our assistance. (but he never said so)
