Cabin #9210 Norwegian Spirit

We are booking a cruise on the Norwegian Spirit. We have been offered Cabin #9210, an AD penthouse suite at the Aft, for a great rate. According to my TA the AC suite is almost $1000 higher. I have read a lot of posts regarding the AC and AB suites. Has anyone had this suite? WHat can you tell me about it? Should we upgrade?
