I only did the front pages since they contained the highlights. Is there another page in particular you are most interested in? I'll get to work on them if you let me know what you want to see. Most of it's pretty basic stuff though - the usual. The front page gives the names of the important people and shows.

Just got home from cruise today. Weateher on CocoCay was sweet on Wed Sunny with a high of 79 and Key West on Thursday was high of 75.

This was our first cruise and it was great.

The only disappointment I had was that I thought the food in Windjammer was great tasting but was only warm. There were many chioces to keep you happy there and pans were always being maintained. There was awesome fresh fruit there at every meal - pineapple, strawberries, cantalope , honeydew, and watermelon.

They removed the dealer hold-em table and replaced it with "virtual hold-em table" for our cruise. At first I was disappointed but within the first hour I was a convert. (By the way left up $350 from the casino - which helped made a small dent in my bar tab).

I will scan and post the rest of the pages of the Cruise Compasses tomorrow. I haven't forgotten about you. :)

Thanks!!:D :D

They had 2 virtual blackjack dealers on the EN.........I was fascinated at their faces...........it was like they were real........but creepy at the same time.......

Parrothead8,

Here is the link to the updated cruise compass with all 4 pages from all 3 days.

http://www.cruise-addicts.com/photogallery/v/Majesty+of+the+Seas_001/

The virtual table wasn't there on my cruise. I looked for it because it's interesting and creepy at the same time the way they both look at you no matter where you are. :)

I am so happy that you posted the full info as I had the Sept 2006 Compasses and there are several important changes for me.

I had a private reception scheduled for our group and the time was based on the old schedule. I had to call my TA and ask her to re-schedule so we wouldn't miss one of the Production Shows!

Your help is very appreciated!!

We sail March 16 for my birthday weekend...

Eileen

I can't say that I know the hours of Sorrentos. The only time I ever went there for Pizza was after 9 at night - closer to midnight actually.

I can say that I was very disappointed when I went there VERY hungry, someone had picked up the last slice of pizza as I was getting there, and the cook was only at that time putting more pizzas in the oven which meant I had to wait about 15 minutes. They have warming trays below the counter but no one had the presence of mind to start cooking more pizzas when they removed the last from the warmers.

I know, 15 minutes doesn't seem like long. But I was SO hungry. Normally I'm not hungry at midnight. But normally I'm asleep at midnight. :)

The pizza wasn't even as good as I remember it being but I will say there is a much better selection. They even have Hawaiian pizza - at least they did the last night.

Carnival still wins over RCI in the pizza dept. to the best of my knowledge. The only time I cruised on Carnival they had the pizza place open 24 hours a day, always had some ready - along with calzones - and I just liked it better. I understand Carnival still has it open 24 hours a day. I hope so.

Of course I prefer Papa John's over Pizza Hut any day. It all depends on the type of crust you like. My daughter likes Pizza Hut best. So, some may prefer RCI pizza, too. I would just like it if they figure out how to keep it in constant supply by proper planning.

They must have been listening to you - on our cruise we went for pizza 5 different times and never waited once. The Hawaiian pizza was nice and so was the pizza with shredded chicken we got the last night.

Thanks so much Mommabean for your review. My DD was married on Majesty 4/22/02. I was disappointed to hear some of the changes onboard. We'll have to book a cruise for next year and check things out during our winter stay in Florida.

I see you live in Homestead. What a great location next to my favorite paradise in the Florida Keys. If only I could afford a home there.

I'm glad you got to Cococay. We loved that island. I can still remember hearing other passengers talking about the Newlyweds on our cruise in 2002. People got a kick out of my husband standing up during the Love & Marriage Game telling his new son-in-law he was in big trouble. Our DD was so embarassed with her inlaws and parents on the ship, as well as 30 of her best friends. She and her DH are on NCL Dawn somewhere in the Southern Caribbean right now. They've survived 5 years together--so far so good. Always good to have the parents living at least 30 minutes away.

Do they have plain flavors at Freeze?? Getting Ben & Jerry's was my DDs favorite thing to do on our past cruises. I am not sure she would like any of those flavors at Freeze. Did they have just vanilla or chocolate?

Thanks,

Maggie

Yes thay had plain flavors on a cone for about $2.60 for a healhty serving. I personally did the waffle cone and it was GREAT for a little bit more.
