Forced Early

The T/A called and told us that Carnival has forced us a day early due to the holiday week. We are on the Liberty 3/31-4/08. She told me the fight times but didn't know the airline, So I got on orbitz and found a flight at that time out of Dayton. The flight was on Delta so I called Delta and sure enough we were on the flight and we got to pick our seats, Carnival is paying for two rooms (we have two inside cabins on the ship) and transfer's between the airport and hotel then the hotel and the port. I think this is a great deal really. Has this happend to anyone else?

We live on the West Coast and the one time we booked air through Carnival for a Caribbean cruise they flew us in the day before and put us up in a nice hotel. It's not unusual. Enjoy starting your vacation a day early!

Thats what the Fly Aweigh program does for us that live on the other coast :D
