Help with Belize places

We are going on the Grand Princess in April. We are trying to decide on a snorkeling excursion. Has anyone snorkeled at Rendezvous Cay, Goff's Cay or Spanish Cay :)

I've snorkeled Goff's Cay. Very enjoyable. I was on Carnival. The operator picked us up from the ship, let people with small kids or just wanted to snorkel from the beach off at the island (Goff's Cay is very, very small). Then took the snorkelers to the reef and drifted back to the island with the snorkelers. When I was there, they had porta-john taken to the island, had refreshments and there was even a guy there selling souveniers. Like I said, the island is very small. You could walk around it in about 10-15 minutes.
