advice on fun things to do

When we were in Ocho Rios, we used Wilderness Tours (www.Wildernesstours.com) and rode ATVs to the top of Murphy Hill and back down. Then we hired Marva Shaw (www.knowjamaica.com) to take us river tubing on the White River. It was one of the best days on our cruise! The ATVs were a blast! Only one of us in our party had any experience on ATVs or motorcycles. But the bushmasters were very helpful. It's a ton of fun! After River Tubing, Marva offered to take us shopping or sightseeing but we were exhausted. If we ever head back to Ocho Rios, I will definately try to ATV again!

We took a tour with barrettadventures.com it was a great day. Carolyn took us to a beautiful water fall and our group and her husbands group were the only ones there. We also went to a bird sanctuary where a hummingbird would land on your finger and drink out of a little bottle you held in your other hand. She had very nice vans that were very clean and had a/c. I found her on this site a couple of years ago. Take a look at her site, there are other places she can take you. We had a group of 10 people and the cost was $80 pp this included a lunch stop for carry out. You need to be a little adventurous. It is not like a ship tour. We did feel very safe during the tour.
