Help! I need a zip line only tour in Belize

Four of us will be in Belize on 3/12/07 and are looking for a zip line only tour (not really interested in cave tubing). I have been trying to email Nacho and Cynthia to see if they offer zip line only (their website only lists both zip line and cave tubing), but my emails keep getting returned in my spam folder. Any suggestions? Has anyone tried just walking off the ship and finding such a tour?

me too! my DH is claustrophobic and won't cave tube! Please help!

I just got an email from Gilly (a licensed tour operator in Belize that I have stayed in contact with since we were there).

 

He was letting me know that he and another operator had added the zipline

excurison.

His name is Gilbert Young....but we call him Gilly. He has a kiosk "inside the fence" so you have an escort from the time you get off the tender. His kiosk is in front of a restaurant called the Wet Lizard (where do they get these names??) to the right as you leave the tender.

 

His partner in the zipline company is Donald and can be reached at

zipline belize @ bravehost.com (with no spaces)

The 2 things I have always stressed with Gilly is that cruisers want to know that they are safe and will be back to the ship on time!! Tell him Linda said hello.
