Usually around 11:30 AM, or as soon as the ship clears customs.

We usually try to arrive at the pier between 11:00a and 11:30a, regardless of what our cruise documents say. We always use on-line check-in and have never had a line getting on the ship.......assuming the ship is on time! We are on the ship in under 15 min. (Give or take the pushy photographers.) However, you will not be able to get to your room until 1pm, and you will not get you luggage until some time after. Always dress with an assumption you will not see your luggage till sometime just before dinner.
