Sun - Le Bistro- Anniversary Pkg - first night?

We are on the Sun in September to Hawaii. We are also ordering the Anniversary Package. Can we book the Le Bistro which is part of the package on the first night? It just so happens that its my birthday and would be night to celebrate then. Can we book in advance or must we wait until we board?

I do not see why not? Book your reservation as soon as you are aboard, and enjoy your dinner at Le Bistro the first night.
