Wheres the best place to snorkel in Roatan

We are sailing on the Grand Princess on 3/31/07 with our 10 and 12 year olds. Where is the best place to snorkel in Roatan?:)

We went to Tabyana Beach Day with Celebrity back in 2001 and loved it. You can literally walk right off the beach into the water and start snorkeling through coral formations, tons of different fish.

 

We liked it so much we are doing it again with Princess.

 

We are on the exact same cruise as you.

My wife and I loved the snorkeling at Tabyana.

Have to agree with the above posts, Tabayana beach, right from the water was so fun. You can rent snorkeling equipment right there. It is easy, safe and lots of beautiful fish.

Definitely go to Tabyana to snorkel in Roatan.....it is fabulous!!! Very shallow and only a few feet from the beautiful white sand beach!!! Don't forget your underwater camera! The sea life is amazing!!! You will love it!!
