Just back 4 Night Enchantment - Questions?

Hello, I just got back from the 4 night Enchantment of the Seas and am available to answer any questions you may have. We used Shelly to get some nice wine, beer and wine coolers pre-ordered and we also rented a car on Cozumel from the CozumelInsider.

 

Was not overly thrilled with RCI, but wasn't overly disenchanted with them either. I don't think I was being nit-picky, but just a few things went on that kind of tilted my opinion away from the overly positive.

Who's shelly and how do you pre order beer? How crowded did you find the ship? Were you able to always find chairs by the pool, seats in the Windjammer, ect. What did you do for excursions?
