Question - how exactly does the slot tournament work?

Just back from Diamond and entered both slot tournaments. $20 entry fee. You go between noon and 3 and they set you up with 300 credits and you play til they are gone. Highest scores go into play off at the end. I was knocked out both times and didn't stick around for the pay off but i think they split up $500. It will be in the patter. It's fun and a really quick way to burn $20 bucks!

Watched a slot tournament on the Caribbean a couple of weeks ago. The winner got 5 crisp 100 dollar bills, plus a casino tote bag (which may have been filled with other casino goodies). 2nd and 3rd place also got tote bags, though I don't know if they had anything in them.

 

4th through 6th place get the t-shirt for making it to the final round.
