STLCRZNCRU Posted February 28, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2007 We will be in Grand Cayman in July and have an 11am excursion booked, their time (not through cruise co). My understanding is that Grand Cayman does not participate in daylight savings time this year, so wouldn't that make them an hour behind cruise ship time? Meaning, my 11am excursion would realy be @ noon. Thanks and sorry if this seems like a stupid question...
mamamo65 Posted February 28, 2007 #2 Share Posted February 28, 2007 Yes, that is correct. My shore excursion is 8:30 Cayman time(Eastern Standard, I think), 9:30 Eastern daylights saving time. They don't Spring forward like most of the US does.:)
