overnight port question

My husband and I will be taking the Hawaiian cruise and will have an overnight port stay in Maui. My question is : At what time do you have to be back on the ship when the ship stays in port?

Normally you can come back when ever you like. There is no curfew.

Usually, the only time you have to worry about a curfew is when you are tendering. The ship will let you know in plenty of time to make arrangements for things on shore.

We are also going to Hawaii, and this is the info that I got from another thread. If you are in Lahaina, you will be tendered. Tenders run constantly up until 11:00PM After that 1 per hr until morning. Hope this helps:D

Although this is beside the main thread of this post, I highly recommend that you rent cars when visiting the islands and especially Maui and Kauai. It is cheaper all around and you will see much more.
