PoAM Dining Room Menus?

Does anyone have the Pride of America dining room menus posted anywhere? I tried searching the forum but search locks up on me. My mom and I are notorious tightwads but might want to spring for a meal or two in a specialty restaurant on our upcoming PoAm trip--but we'd like to do it on a night when the regular dining room fare doesn't sound as appealing. Thanks!

The menus are the same fleetwide. This 7 day set is fairly recent, I don't think they have changed since this:

I booked Jeffersons for the first day when it opened, I enjoyed eating in the restaurant when it wasn't very full. It will be packed every other night. I think this is the most beautifully decorated specialty restaurant I have seen.

The first night it is 1/2 price for specailty resturants, NO?

Jefferson's is NOT a pay extra one, or is it?

What time did you make your res for? Many of us do not want to miss the sail away or Welcome aboard show.

Any suggestions?
