Anyone rent a convertable car in Florida?

Before I go to each and every car rental site I was wondering if any of you have rented a convertable to do some sightseeing the day before a cruise.

I'll be picking up at FLL and dropping off in downtown Miami.

 

What have you found to be the lowest rates? Did you have any coupon codes? Where did you drop off?

We are doing a destination wedding in the Keys before our honeymoon cruise and just recently booked a convertable through Dollar. My fiance found a coupon code that got us the car for under $40 a day. I believe he said that the code was only good for covertables rented in Florida. Maybe you could find by doing a google search, otherwise I will talk to him and let you know.

I found Avis with AWD C031529 discount offered a good rate. This is the code I use all the time - good discount, unlimited mileage, anyone can use, LDW $3000 is included.

I just reserved a convertable with Dollar rent a car at FLL in October for $34.99!

I found a website through the boards here called rentalcodes.com.

Coupon code was OCVB expires 12/31/2007.
