Cabin ?

We are thinking of booking a cabin 9252 on the Jewel. Has anyone ever had a cabin that was partially obstructed. Just wanted to know how the view was. Also what is it like being at the back of the ship. Thanks

The obstructions are usually minimal, like window washing equipment or a crew ladder. Most people say that after 10 minutes they don't even notice it anymore. We love the true aft cabins which are along the back of the ship, but you are on the side. There is more movement if the seas are rough. But if they are reaaalllly rough you are going to feel in anywhere. The downside is the long walk to things. But the upside it is a long walk to walk off all the calories.
