On board Liquor deals/ gifts

When I sailed in 2004, there was a deal before sailing off that we could buy liquor on board. This deal was if you bought four bottles, you can get one for free. Another deal with that was to pay a one time fee to bring all the bottles back as opposed to a per bottle charge. Do they still do this?

 

Another question, what are some good third party vendors for gift baskets. We are sailing for our honeymoon and I would like to suprise my fiance with something. Thanks
