Downed Princess Web Site

I still cannot get to the website. I called Princess and they said they also could not get to it, so it must be a website problem. I can get anywhere else on the net I want to, just not to the Princess Website. Just tried again and it still isn't working.

They docked in Hobart this morning, and I'm on that cruise in two weeks, so I was curious. Oh well, I guess I'll go do laundry...

No bridge cams, no wedding cams, no nothing. The Princess web site is also an online booking engine for direct cruise ticket sales i.e. it's one of their cash registers. :eek:

 

The Princess Polar booking site for travel agents however is working just fine this morning I'm told. :)

Just went to princess.com and the site loaded as usual. Logged in and everything came up. Guess I was lucky.

Have been trying to log onto the Princess website to print out my e-docs and cannot seem to get connected!

 

Are they in the process of loading information and pricing on 2008 sailings or what?

I could not get into the site at all yesterday. Today I can get in, but there is no pricing available for any cruise.

I just tried to log in and check on my cruise and could not either. This is happening with more frequency on Princess.

I've noticed that the Princess site goes down almost every weekend. They must update information at that time.

 

It's Saturday and the Cruise Personalizer document printing function is down again.

I also can't get into the Princess Website, the normal way.

 

Try this......Go into Princess.com through Google. Then scroll down to cruise personalizer, & you will get right in. I tried this a week ago when it was down, & today, & it worked just fine. Got right in.

If you go into princess.com through google, you will get right through to the personalizer. Just tried it & it works.

Yes I could get into the cruise personalizer, but couldn't look at any other part of the site. Something is definitely wrong with Princess.com

Denise, call Princess directly! I think they only offer 2 of those vans so you might want to get on it as quickly as possible!
