Miami port from airport

How far is it ? Also what is the best way to get from the airport to the pier? Also is there a motel/hotel that will shuttle you to the pier if you spend the night??

The easiest and fastest way to get to the pier from the airport is to grab a taxi. Fare is set and posted at the taxi stand which is just outside baggage claim. Check the Miami Airport website for ground transportation then check for taxe fares.

Grab a taxi right outside the baggage claim area. It took us about 20 minutes

to get over to the port, but the traffic was on the lighter side. It is $24

flat rate.

Can't help with the hotel shuttles, but I'm sure someone else will know.

Definitely Taxi...its fairly cheap, very easy...and I don't even remember it taking 20 minutes! The airport and the pier...aren't veyr far away from each other...its an easy trip!

Were there very many MiniVan taxis available at the airport?

 

We are a group of 9 and hoping to grab 2 minivans to the port.

 

The website says $24 for 1 to 5 passengers.
