Carnival tansfers from Hotel to Galveston

Question on Tranfers when booked with Carnival Air/Sea Package. I am getting mixed messages about the tranfers to and from The Sheraton Houston. We booked the whole package through Carnival, Tranfers, Hotel, Cruise for Conquest March 25th, 2007. Do we use the Hotel Shuttle to Hotel, and then back to Airport the next day to catch the Coach to Galveston? We have been told multiple things.

Best to call Carnival or travel agent. Anyone else would be guessing. Bad for you if they are wrong. The only Carnival shuttle to the port is from the airport though...

we have been on many cruises. Every time we used transfers they were only sold as airport to dock. If you still use transfers after staying overnight at a hotel, you will probably need to get back to airport to catch shuttle.
