2 questions re; snorkeling

#1. Where in the Dominican Republic is the best place to snorkel?

#2. We're also going on the Valor in July to St. Maarten, St. Thomas and the Bahamas. Of those 3, which has the best snorkeling and if none of them are great then we'd rather know then. (we're paying for ours and our triplet 21 year olds.) We've been to St. Maarten before but I'm ashamed to say I was so intoxicated I don't remember the island at all. I wasn't in the water thank goodness.
