Where do you make reservations for Sabatini's on the Caribbean Princess upon boarding?

We would like to make a reservation for Caribbean night which seems to be a popular night to book the specialty restaurants. Thanks in advance!

I believe that it's outside the restaurant the day that you board. There is a table set up taking reservations. That's one of the first things we do when we board if we want a specialty restaurant reservation.

Will they have that weeks menus, or know when the Caribbean night is? Or should one check with the dinning rooms to get that information?

“I believe Caribbean night on the Caribbean Princess is on Friday”

“Caribbean Night was Tuesday on our cruise on CB in December - but they may change it around from time to time”

In the past, we have gone to one of the dining rooms and asked to see that week’s menus. Only after explaining we were looking for which night to book Sterling were they “happy” to produce the “binder” of menus. Three ring binder with each day’s menus in plastic pouches, with the day of the week labeled on the pouch. For some reason, they don’t like to admit the menus are set up weeks in advance.

We have found that although most days’ menus are set for any particular day, changes are made week to week due to problems obtaining the ingredients for any given dish. Menus can be changed simply by switching menus in the binder.
