Massage out on deck?

I just read a review and it sounded like the person had a massage out on deck that was reasonably priced. 30 min for $15. Has anyone heard of this? Maybe they were talking about a port, not the ship............

Now that would be a fun ship, but sorry only in the ports. The cheapest massage we have had on a cruise was the last day, last minute for $65.

On Victory last year they were giving neck and back massages on the Lido deck in that contraption that you sit in and lean forward and stick your head in the headrest. It was done during port days and we saw quite a large number of people going for it. I don't know the price. Hope that helps a little.
