Rhapsody leaving Texas....

Can anyone tell my when Rhapsody is leaving Texas for good, along with why, where it is going, and who is replacing her?? Thanks

Rhapsody leaves on Sept 2/3.

 

She is sailing through the PC, then on to Australia.

 

She will be doing Australia/New Zealand and Asia from November.

 

Voyager is moving to Galveston from Oct to April 08, then not too sure who will be there instead of Rhapsody.

Last cruise out of Texas is 2nd Sept. It then sails downunder where it is doing a season around Australia & New Zealand then on 24th Nov it departs Sydney to Singapore to do a season in Asia. Why, don't know but we are glad it is, as we are doing the Sydney to Singapore trip on it.:D

The first Voyager cruise out of Galveston is not actually until December 23, 2007. She leaves Europe on 12/8 for a 15 day transatlantic. Galveston is going to be RCI "shipless" for a few months next fall. Lots of us are eagerly awaiting the release of the new itineraries to see if there will be RCI sailings out of Galveston after 4/2008.
