i know i read here that up to two days on RCCL you can change the person's name that is cruising with you.. can you do that on carnival.

say i book a cruise, and take out insurance. i cancel before the 60 days and i get all my deposit back but not the insurance....

The only answer that matters is the one you get from CCL on the first question.

The second answer should come from the insurance company.

We did it a few years ago without a problem. The passenger is paid for so as long as it wasn't the last minute they didn't give me any hassle. If you have airfare then that is not transferable.

You may also want to read the T&C you agreed to when purchasing. It will often spell it out there. Sorry T&C is terms and conditions.
