Motel transfer from Rome Airport (FCO)

We're arriving in Rome April l8th at ll:l0 am and our motel is

only a 15 minute drive by car from the airport. What would

be our best bet...a prebooked limo or local taxi? The hotel

does not have a shuttle service. Any experience you may

have had in Rome would be appreciated. We are meeting

the Carnival Freedom on the l9th and have a limo from the

motel to the dock prebooked. It's the airport that worries

me.

You might want to put this question in the Europe section and name the hotel. Maybe someone has stayed there before and can give you the best answer. Also if that fails, ask the hotel their suggestion on the best way to get there.

I would just grab a taxi to your hotel since it is near the airport.Make sure you follow ths signs to the Taxi Stand to get a legit taxi and not a gypsy cab.The signs are very clear.When you get your baggage and walk out of the custom area just look for the signs.
