Stingray City ONLY and drop off at 7 mile beach?

Is there a tour operator who does Stingray city only (no snorkel) for about an hour or so and dropping people off at the 7 mile beach?

 

When I get to the tender port from my ship, will I see bunch of tour operators booking people right at the spot?

Takes about 20 to 30 minutes each way by boat..

 

Plus travel time to boat dock.

 

To skip the snorkeling, you will probably have to book a private tour.
