The Dream sails from Houston until April 14, 2007, when it starts a Trans Atlantic cruise to Dover, England. That will be the last NCL cruise from Houston this year. I doubt NCL will be back in 2008 either, but I could be wrong. The earliest return for a NCL ship sailing from Houston, I believe would be late 2009.

Actually, the cruise terminal at Barbours Cut is being torn down as it is being squeezed out by the container port operations. Houston is building a new $81 million cruise terminal at Baypoint further south. While at the start there will be one terminal for one cruise ship, there is room for three terminals and three cruise ships.
