Texas Hold Em in the casino's??

Recommended Posts

Texas Hold Em is the hot card game these days and comes in 3 types, Limit, Pot limit and No limit. Heres a link the gives a fairly good explanation http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/games/texas-holdem/

I played Hold Em pretty seriously in both live and on line games for several years but got bored with it and now mainly play Stud hi lo, Omaha hi lo. and 3 Card Draw 2-7. I also like the new mixed games that are becoming popular now especially H.O.R.S.E which is Limit Holdem, Omaha, Razz(stud low only) and Stud eight or better.

I don't know if they'll be anything available on AOS next week but that might be for the best as DH gets bored watching me play. Of course there's always good ole Blackjack which we both enjoy!

On the Mariner it was held in the Cigar Club. Not sure what the real name of the lounge is...well I do I just can't spell it without looking it up! it was a nice quiet place to play and there was bar service.

My cousins boyfriend won the final tournament. Lots of $$$ can't remember the exact figure, but it was up there. I guess there were some guys playing really stupid. One that I really remember. My cousins boyfriend tried to be nice but finally after the guy wouldn't get a clue and kept acting like a jerk, took him for all his money.....
