Belize Tubing in December?? Marvin?

Hi yall, I've asked this before, but need to again. Has anyone gone tubing in Belize in Dec?? Had someone tell me to contact Marvin at Wet n Wild. I did that and asked many questions, what was the air & water temp in Dec. We don't get into port till 1pm and have to leave at 7pm, not going with the cruise tour will we be able to get off the ship, tube the river & caves and get back in time? How can we make sure we get a tour guide who is nice and informative?? I contacted Marvin and he told me to send my credit card # to reserve a space with his company, then he would answer my questions. I emailed him back and asked that he answer my questions first. I have not heard from him since then, that was last Wed. Anyone else find this a bid strange?? Can anyone out there help me out?:confused:
