Rental cars at ports

Does RCCL have an option as a bookable shore excursion to rent a car in the various ports like St Thomas & St Marteen?

I have NOT seen anything like that. They discourage renting scooters and such and recommend tours and excursions.

I guess I was wondering if RCCl helped or had something that assisted with a car rental when you get into port.

Is it easy to rent a car say in St Thomas when you get off the ship or do you have to go to the rental car place?

Not sure about St. Thomas, but St. Marteen is very easy - about 100 yards from the dock you will run into a row of 5 or 6 little shacks for the various agencies.
