09/24/07 Miracle NYC

Seriously considering the Miracle out of NYC in September. Anyone been on her lately? Haven't cruised with Carnival in many years.

I am also planning to sail on Miracle on 9/24/07 and would like any info you can give me also.Been awhile for us also. How is the condition of the Ship? What time is late seating? Are there many Table for 2's? How is the bedding? Does Miracle have the new European Bedding? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks IKE

Hi! We just booked this cruise on the 24th. Last year we were on the sister ship, the Legend (same itinerary). Can't answer your questions about the Miracle but we've been on the Legend 3 times...great ship, nice crew!

been on both ships - legend from new york and the miracle from tampa before they switched. Both beautiful ships - same ships, different decor.

Been on both out of NY. I liked the Legend decor better.

 

The Miracle itinerary wasn't too great first time out, either.

Miracle will be going into drydock April 8th, so she will be sparkling for us in Sept.:p

We found that Oct 2 cruise would work out better for my DD and I. So please keep her clean on the Sept 24 cruise..

This is exciting..last year we were on the Explorer of the Seas(RCI)..Our first night had the old mattresses, sheets, drapes, the remainder had the brand new everything. It was great!

Will be looking forward to the reviews before and after. When is the Miracle coming out of drydock?

My wife and I are booked on this sailing. It will be our first time on a Carnival ship. We live in NY and with the ship departing and returning on weekdays we got a great deal on airfare... only $98 r/t. Even taking the bus is more costly.

 

If I had known there was going to be an interest in this cruise we all should have gotten together and booked a block of rooms!

The first site has tons of things, pictures, reviews,etc about the Miracle. We are schedule to sail on her May 11th of this year just a couple of weeks after she comes out of dry dock. I'll be writing a huge review when I come back.
