How many formal nights are there? Is the first night formal night?

The first night is NEVER formal night on a Princess cruise.

Now, I have no idea how many days your sailing is without going to look it up. If you could give me a hint as to just how many days we are talking about, I know I or someone else would love to give you an answer to your question. ;) If it is 7 days, then you will have two formal nights, longer cruises have more.

I'm a little unsure about this whole crusing thing...but i'll never know unless I try....who knows maybe I will like it and go again next year. I hope I won't be dissapointed.

We are on this cruise with you as well. There is a roll call below. The formal nights are the second night and the fifth night. That would be Sunday, April 8 and Thursday, April 12.
