Question about Movie under the stars

We'll be on Carribean Princess 11/6. Can anyone tell me more about the movie under the stars? Does it get crowded? Should we get the early to get a good seat? Is there a better day of the week to go? Thanks.

I understand from reading reviews, which I highly recommend for good info on the locale and the ship, that the theatre under the stars is a reserved seat event. You need to call once onboard to make a reservation.

They offer a limited number of tickets to each viewing, but there are no reserved seats. If you have a particular seat you want to get, I'd say you probably need to get there about 30 minutes early. We saw Starsky & Hutch, and the seats filled up quickly for that. But seating for Calendar Girls later in the week seemed to be much more open. We only did the late show, so I'm not sure if the early one would be less crowded or not.
