Waverunners to Rum Point

Has anyone done the waverunner excursion to rum point? It says that the waverunners depart from a resort in the North Sound area, but it doesn't say what resort, how you get there, or how much it costs to get there.

It leaves from the Grand Caymian Resort. You can get there by taxi for $6/pp.

Who runs this tour? I am looking for an excursion to Rum Point. but cannot find one. I really don't have any interest in going to see the Stingrays, but would if it would get us to Rum Point. I'd be grateful for any information that you might be able to share. Thank you!

If you just want to go to Rum Point maybe a taxi would be best? The waverunners go to Stingray City then make a brief stop at Rum Point before heading back. You can book this excursion through Island Marketing. www.cozumelcruiseexcursions.com (then go to Grand Cayman excursions).

Check out www.ebankswatersports.com. They do a waverunner tour and you can even just book 1 or 2 waverunners and tell them where you want to go and they will usually accomodate. Shawn Ebanks, the owner, is extremely helpful and you will really enjoy your time with them. We have used their company more than once and have never been disappointed.

Where is this place? I cannot find it anywhere on the internet. They say you can lounge around the facilities. Is the beer, drinks, food expensive? Most things in the caymans are, but I want to prepare myself if we do the waverunners. Thanks!
