spearmint Posted April 2, 2007 #3 Share Posted April 2, 2007 Let me be the second to thank you. There are a couple of possibilities. BTW, does anyone know if savings certificates can be used if a previously made onboard booking is changed to one of these itineraries? I am thinking that the answer is, "No", but one never knows.....:)
jer_l Posted April 3, 2007 #4 Share Posted April 3, 2007 Supposedly, they won't apply them to a previous booking, but I have managed to get them to twice. Once I mailed it in and they gave me the credit. THe second time I mailed it in and they told our TA they wouldn't pply it. However, she convinced them to. Guienevere_Arianette Posted April 3, 2007 #5 Share Posted April 3, 2007 Can you only access the certificate by being a Captains Club Member? I tried to enroll, but I haven't cruised X yet...
Smitty24 Posted April 3, 2007 #6 Share Posted April 3, 2007 The WILL accept them on previous bookings as long as the bookings were done in the specified time frame. Ex: I booked a cruise for next year while on last January's cruise. I came home and checked the website and they had the coupons. I had booked during the dates they specified so I mailed it to my TA. No problem.

Sorry, you have to cruise on X at least once to join the Captains Club. What coupons are these? Thanks. These are the Captain's Club coupons that allow $75 to $150 off select cruises. Click on the Captain's Club tab on the X website. Susan
