fatcat04 Posted April 2, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 2, 2007 Do we wear toga to dinner and keep it on all night or put it on after dinner?? Maybe we wear it to dinner, but then change when going to shows or casino????????????????? Oh no, no, no... you gotta wear it all night long!! :D Oh and don't forget, you can't wear shorts in the dining room.. wink wink. ;) Many a well tanned European man was feelin' the breeze that night of our cruise. But all joking aside.. you do what you like. We wore ours to dinner and then out to the bars after while kiddo (in normal clothes) played with his kid's club buddies for the last night. We did change out of our pants into shorts after dinner though as I think they turn the ac up a bit since lots of folks are quite literally running around in their skivvies and a bedsheet. It was a little too toasty for me that night but them I was actually wearing a shirt under my toga. :p
joetrizeo Posted April 2, 2007 #3 Share Posted April 2, 2007 it's you're cruise :) do what you want! togas start at dinner time. some left them on the entire evening and some changed after dinner. fatcat - i always tell people that if they're not wearing a toga to dinner, dress lightly! the AC is almost off, making it super hot at dinner. even with just a toga on. Karysa Posted April 6, 2007 #9 Share Posted April 6, 2007 A funny thing happened to us on TOGA night. We carefully dressed me in the toga and then it was DH's turn. Well we discovered that the second sheet was half the size of the first one. We had a good laugh about it but there was no way he was wearing that out of the cabin!!! Beowulfpk Posted April 9, 2007 #11 Share Posted April 9, 2007 I think the buffet was open, but the first night is better to meet and greet your waiters and table mates in the dining room.
